BLISS is transformative for seniors, because with even two to four hours a week help with activities of daily living, a senior can stay at home as they age, maintaining the routines and relationships that help them feel “at home.” This is a huge boost to mental and emotional well-being and brain health. In this way, BLISS consistently increases quality of life for otherwise underserved seniors. 

BLISS disarms the stigma of low income in old age.  BLISS interrupts the pattern of skilled care at home as a limited privilege.  BLISS breaks down the walls isolating low-income seniors from quality assistance.
