Our Name

Imagining the peaceful emotions of bliss for underserved Seniors, our founders made the word “Bliss” as an acronym that aptly describes the mission of BLISS Care Foundation:  “Blessed Low-Income Senior Support.”

Our Story

Our founders, Kevin and Dyna Jones, had served in the Senior care industry for 15 years when they were compelled by the question, “How can we help more people?”  Specifically, how can we help low-income Seniors who cannot afford non-medical in-home care services?  Kevin and Dyna were inspired to offer a radical solution:  to activate the local community to provide quality in-home care at no cost to eligible Seniors.  BLISS was formed in 2019 as a community-funded outreach to underserved Seniors living in senior mobile home parks and subsidized housing.  BLISS Care Foundation, a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit, is making a difference every day by increasing quality of life for low-income Seniors, together with a community of supporters, partners, and licensed care providers.

Our WHY

BLISS passionately believes that Seniors should have access to quality care at home.  BLISS serves eligible low-income Seniors by providing FREE non-medical in-home care that is delivered by licensed care providers and funded by a community of generous supporters.
