BLISS enhances the quality of life for low-income and underserved seniors by providing compassionate care through our network of dedicated care professionals in San Diego County.
Vision
BLISS sponsors complimentary wellness services for low-income and underserved seniors aging in place in mobile home parks and subsidized housing.
Empathy: We show compassion and caring attention. We ask ourselves how we would want to be treated if we were in the place of the Seniors we serve.
Integrity: We believe that the Senior members of our community deserve quality care and a dignified way of living in the comfort of their homes. This value is also embodied by our licensed care providers and partners.
Advocacy: We exist to serve underserved Seniors and connect them with a community of supporters, licensed care providers and partners.

Our Name
Imagining the peaceful emotions of bliss for underserved Seniors, our founders made the word at the heart of BLISS CARE FOUNDATION is a commitment to bringing serenity and support to low-income and underserved seniors. Our Founders envisioned “BLISS” as more than just a word. It’s an acronym that embodies our mission: Blessed Low-Income Senior Support. We believe in creating a world where every senior feels valued, cherished, and uplifted through the compassionate care we provide

Our Story
Our founders, Kevin and Dyna Jones, had served in the Senior care industry for since 2004 when they were compelled by the question, “How can we help more people?” Specifically, how can we help low-income seniors who cannot afford non-medical in-home care services? Kevin and Dyna were inspired to offer a radical solution: to activate the local community to provide complimentary non-medical in-home care to eligible seniors. BLISS was formed in 2019 as a community-funded outreach to low-income and underserved seniors living in mobile home parks and subsidized housing. BLISS Care Foundation, a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit incorporated in 2022, is making a difference every day by enhancing quality of life for low-income and underserved seniors, together with a community of supporters, partners, and licensed care providers.
